Located in the Charles Drew Elementary School, the Academy Child Development Center in Colesville is one of several locations of this non-for-profit child care organization which was founded in 1981. The center provides continuous education for their staff, has low staff turnover and keeps child-staff ratios small to provide what they consider to be the best growing and nurturing environment for the children that they serve.
