Stone Turtle Baking and Cooking School is the premier wood-fired oven baking school in New England. We specialize in teaching bread making and wood-fired oven management. Additionally, we offer homeowner consultation for those homeowners anticipating building or installing a wood-fired oven. Our facility is also available for filming cooking and/or baking videos. We are also a licensed by the Maine Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Food Preparation Facility.
