Mike has been around wood and manufacturing since his early childhood in Quebec. After graduating from Bryant University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he began his current career with Mainely Trusses. In 1993, Mike took over the helm of the company and has been instrumental in developing Mainely Trusses as a leader in truss systems. As the owner and president of Mainely Trusses, he is responsible for various management and administrative functions. During his free time Mike can be caught doing any of the following: coaching or playing hockey, nearly any type of waterskiing ( barefoot, slalom, trick and wakeboard ), woodworking or traveling to some random destination in the world. He resides in Fairfield with his wife, Jody, their 3 children and Levi the dog. Dave Viens began his career as a draftsman for local architects. His fifteen years drafting experience and subsequent tenure at a local retail lumber company set the ground work for his sales and design position at Mainely Trusses. With over 10 years experience in truss design, Dave has the necessary skills and experience to complete the most complex projects. Currently Dave is the head designer. He is responsible for the work of the design staff, including distribution and review of projects. Being an avid NASCAR fan has helped him in dealing with projects that seem to just go round and round. Although on Mondays he has to take a route to work that only has left turns. He lives with his wife Kris and their son Michael in scenic Belgrade Lakes, ME. Through the years David has never been one to shy away from a challenge. He taught himself how to play chess at the early age of 8, learned tennis at 15 and made the varsity team just a year later and most recently taught himself how to use a computer at the age of 43. David's experience, skill and determination has helped him become one of the most creative truss designers at Mainely Trusses. With the company for nine years now, he has helped Mainely Trusses grow from a small local truss supplier to a respected industry leader within Northern New England. In his spare time he has focused his energy to mastering the sport, some would say art, of fly-fishing. So when he comes in to work on Mondays and announces he was in the middle of a wonderful hatch, we know he's not talking about chickens. Ralph Littlefield has been with Mainely trusses since 2002 and in the truss industry since 1992. Over the years he has worked in various construction related positions from laborer on residential projects to inspector on a nuclear power plant. His duties at Mainely Trusses involve the design of residential and commercial truss systems. More than 15 years of truss design experience allow Ralph to complete the most complex projects accurately and efficiently. He enjoys fishing and is involved in his church in his spare time. It is reported ( but not confirmed ) that he believes a bad day fishing beats a good day at work. Justin is one of the more recent additions to the sales and design team. Having worked as a carpenter for seven years in both Maine and Florida gives him a spectrum of skills that makes him a valuable asset to the Mainely Trusses team. Outside of work Justin enjoys spending his time camping with fiancee Kelly and their two children, Cooper and Audrey. During the winter months he and Kelly can sometimes be found in the mountains enjoying Maine's downhill skiing. After many years of bookkeeping experience, Judy joined the staff of Mainely Trusses in 2007 as the head bookkeeper. By day, she is a serious number cruncher. Nights and weekends, she's a big kid that loves to play. During the summer you can find Judy water skiing, knee boarding or wake boarding. When the water is frozen, Judy keeps active cross country skiing and skate skiing. All year, Judy can be seen riding a bicycle. She's not too picky with the vehicle to be pedaled; having been spotted on a single, tandem, road, mountain or ice bike ( we'
