Joseph Nemi founded Franklin Printing in 1969. Initially the company published two newspapers, the Franklin Journal and Livermore Falls Advertiser; both are still in circulation today. During the mid to late 80s the newspapers were sold and Franklin Printing focused on the commercial sheet-fed market. Today Franklin Printing is recognized throughout New England as one of the most technologically advanced, high quality printers available. The current customer base ranges from Advertising Agencies to local entrepreneurs. Franklin Printing supports the latest versions of design software including Indesign, Photoshop, Quark, and MS Publisher. All four prepress technicians are fully trained on each supported program. Consultation is available to all customers during normal office hours ( 8AM to 4: 30PM Monday through Friday ). Franklin Printing assigns a Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) to each customer. All CSR's are knowledgeable of the printing process and available to assist the customer. Stock selection is the customer's decision. A CSR will assist the customer with stock selection by identifying different options based on a customer's needs. Samples of any stock are always available for customer inspection. Once files have been received they are reviewed for usability any problems or potential issues are immediately addressed with the customer through their CSR.
