History
We opened in 2007 with Owner Buzzy Roy, Chef Alex Hammory (creators of the menu and design), Chef Togi and Myself William Martin as the dishwasher. Alex returned to Utah after a couple of weeks post opening and Togi stayed on as Chef and trainer of me. I became the Chef in 2009. In 2020 with all the uncertainty of the pandemic in full swing Buzzy Roy decided not to reopen. I made him an offer to buy the restaurant and continue what he built. Understand that I didn't have the money to do this without help from him the landlord and my friends who believed in me. I have nothing but love for them and I hope that it comes through in the food we put out.
Specialties
We specialize in fresh high quality fish. Most popular are the poke bowls and a couple of our specialty rolls. We get our lobster from Perkins cove so our Casco Bay and lobster X 2 are huge but I also recommend the crunchy mango, the double j, and the flaming rolls.
