Southern Chicks has a little bit of everything for everybody. The décor is rustic, dark brown on the wall with booths that feel almost like picnic benches. The antique feel lends itself well to the casual style the restaurant has.

Fried chicken was great on our first visit. So we went back and ordered the fried catfish strips. Also good. We had the fried okra and rice dressing. Everything was fresh and hot.

Good service. Food came quickly. Got a family box. Chicken well flavored and crispy. Fried just average but hot and a little soggy. Will go back to try their flavored tenders.
