SMX Personal Training occupies the space that has been known for years as One To One Personal Training (which opened in 1996). In 2014 we re-branded replacing the exercise equipment with approximately 28 new pieces, and have engaged in substantial renovations and improvements throughout the facility. We have refined and expanded our techniques even further and have included many other enhancements to better serve our clients. Many of the same great trainers with a fun new upbeat, immaculate atmosphere!

Burn calories, tone your muscles, increase your bone density, and get fit at SMX! For over 20 years we have been serving our community. With only 2 30 minute sessions per week you truly can achieve your best body ever! This service will greatly aid you in losing weight, toning and building your muscular strength, enhancing your cardiovascular system, and protect against and reverse many aspects of the aging process! All workouts are performed 1 on 1 with your trainer. Your trainer will take you through 100% of your workout which includes very slow, controlled and deliberate movements on very special resistance training machines, body weight exercises, and floor work.
