Cindy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Law Degree from Louisiana State University. She resides in St. Tammany and her law practice is located in Downtown Covington. She currently serves as a board member with Habitat for Humanity, Covington Rotary, and the Covington Food Bank. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and 22nd JDC Bar Association and is a past president. Her prior BOD service includes the Youth Service Bureau, New Orleans ProBono Project,, Leadership St. Tammany Alumni Foundation, Junior League of Greater Covington], Leadership St. Tammany Board of Trustees, St. Paul Mothers' Club, St. Peter School Board and St. Peter Boy Scout Troop 160.
