I got my start in the real estate business originally as a mortgage loan officer and I'm still a licensed mortgage originator, as well as, a Real Estate Broker. As a loan officer I specialized in getting those tough loans approved. As a Real Estate Broker 80% of my new home sales are first time home buyers. I pride myself in my ability to educate buyers, find the home of their needs and to negotiate great deals helping them purchase for little or no money down. For Sellers, you can take comfort in my expertise in knowing how to put your home in the best light to get the highest sales price. My knowledge of the area can help set a competitive price to sell your home in a very reasonable time.
