Nur believes in cooking with only fresh, high quality ingredients. Most ingredients come from local farmers markets. Nur credits her mother for her early training in cooking, followed by her extensive experience in operating her own restaurant on the Mediterranean. Turkish mothers teach their daughters to cook at an early age. Nur has continued the tradition by teaching her children the traditional Mediterranean recipes that have brought her so much success. Pairing tradition with her own good taste she has created recipes that are truly delicious and healthy.
