HistoryLCI started off as a small culinary school located 5837 Essen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA. In 2009 they built and moved into a 40,000 sq foot state of the art facility. LCI is now known as the culinary epicenter of Baton Rouge and has graduated over 500 students. Now offering a Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Arts. LCI is still a very select and private college that only allows 30 students per semester in Advanced Culinary Arts, 16 for Advanced Baking and Pastry with three starting semesters each year (Spring, Summer, and Fall). LCI is nationally accredited and is an ACF certified school. LCI also offers Catering, Team Building, Leisure Classes, Consulting, Rental of the Facility for Meetings, Receptions, Private Parties, and More!SpecialtiesLCI provides FULL catering services, team building events (including cooking competitions), leisure classes, and more. You can rent out the facility for private parties, meetings, receptions, and other events.
