Being a Vegan is tough. Especially in a city filled with the aroma of Cajun seasoning and spices. But my love for animals is far greater than a temporary sensation of a filled stomach. I started HVC in 2020 because of the lack of vegan breakfast options that were available in the Greater New Orleans Area. What started off as a dream, turned into a beautiful and delicious reality.
