The Academy of Our Lady is a Catholic high school that serves more than 650 girl students in grades 8 through 12. Founded in 2007, it has a staff of over 40 individuals. The school provides nearly 90 courses, including mathematics and English. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and approved by the Louisiana State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. The school maintains a library that features a collection of books. It administers various summer and enrichment programs. The school s facilities include an auditorium, gymnasium, outdoor track, laboratories, and soccer and softball fields. It operates culture, key and mission clubs. The Academy of Our Lady is a part of the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
