Calcasieu is James Beard Award winning Chef Donald Link's private dining addition to his family of restaurants in the Warehouse District. Conveniently located just two blocks from the Convention Center, its three private dining rooms combine a New Orleans warehouse feel with modern design, creating the perfect backdrop for any type of gathering. Exposed brick walls and original wood sash windows are typical of the area's late nineteenth century warehouse, and the design of Calcasieu remains true to those origins. In the style of Link's established restaurants Herbsaint, Cochon Butcher, Peche and Cochon, Calcasieu will showcase contemporary Louisiana cuisine, great wines and excellent service. Calcasieu accommodates private events for 10 to 160 for seated meals or up to 275 guests for cocktail receptions.
