We started as a dream, pop up, and out door caterer. Over the last 16 months we built our food truck by hand, launching in 2016. We hope to feed the late night crowds of New Orleans for years to come.
Specialties
We specialize in Fried Chicken Sliders, but we also serve Belgian style fries and tasty little cheeseburger sliders. The Southern Chicken $8 Fried chicken, toasted bun, pickles, and a honey drizzle. PHAT Cluck $9 Fried chicken, toasted bun, cheddar, bacon, and house made ranch. TN Hot Chicken $8 Fried chicken, toasted bun, pickles, and a cayenne and garlic olive oil. PHAT Nerd $7 Big ole pile a pomes frites, cheddar, bacon, and ranch. Weekly specials TBD
