Our doors are open to everyone!

All of our classes are heated to 80-84 degrees, set to great music, and have energy-boosting lighting. No two classes will be the same!

Do some work, grab a juice, relax on our comfy sofas. We have fast WiFi and we're open to everyone!

You can burn 400-600 calories sitting in our Clearlight Infrared Sauna for 30 minutes

Our colorful bathrooms, including two showers, are stocked with Ursa Major products

We opened in November 2019 with a goal to make fitness fun!

Body Shoppe is a New Orleans-based fitness and community hub featuring an Infrared Sauna, founded on sweat, smiles, and fun. We offer a spectrum of energizing workouts, including High Intensity Interval Training, Flex and Flow, and Tempo Dance Cardio.
