This is a "professional" patch job that the owner did on one of the really visible chunks that was broken out by his professional crew.

A little closer look at this professional job.

Notice the plastic bag that his workers poured the concrete on top of? I tried to remove the piece of bag but it is embedded.

When the professional crew broke the form away they broke chunks off my brand new driveway with their hammers.

Jordan Strader says the crack doesn't go completely through the slab but he filled a crack on the sides that run the depth of the concrete.
