Factory Service Agency, Inc is incorporated in the State of Louisiana, and has been in existence since 1975. We are a "small business", licensed as Mechanical and General Contractors statewide. We are primarily engaged in the installation, service and maintenance of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including all necessary and accompanying ductwork, controls, piping, refrigerant specialties, etc. We also maintain all required licenses in parishes ( counties ) and municipalities of southern Louisiana. We provide service and maintenance contracts and offer total maintenance agreements to numerous accounts.
