Stuck on drivers window along with 2 boots. Time written on sticker is exactly 2 minutes after we properly parked & paid

Our spot had terrible cell service-it timed out before payment went through. No one called or texted, just slapped the boot on my car.

The time of the boot 7:19 pm. In my other photo, you can see the payment time 8:12 pm less than one hour $250. Proof.

Do not believe this sign! Make sure you have a receipt before you walk away.

10 minutes after I parked, paid and walked to the restaurant, this boot was placed on my car.
