Inspection was totally wrong. Roof needed replacement. Electric was not wired correctly, and there was an addition to the home that was not up to code. DO NOT USE HIM!

I WOULD NOT recommend this guy, Kipp Nash. He did an inpection on my home in Gretna, took pics and all. When he sent me the write up nothing was professional. None of the pics had reference...

On my inspection they said that the AC was fine but after I moved in there was a waterfall flowing on the side of the house from a drain pipe that was not connected properly. Home warranty came...
