Very quick and friendly service. My watch took less than 30 minutes to have a few links taken out. They have a good selection of other items as well.

Waited two hours, website says they open at 9 am, came at 9 am not here, waited till 11am not here. Heard this was a good place to come too, but they don't give a time when they open.
