This is a wonderful set of parks. There are plenty of trails to walk, hike, or run. I love coming out here when I need fresh air and want to see fewer people on my walks compared to Cherokee....

I finally had the chance to walk the Strand Trail Head. It was an easy long walk did about 3 miles both ways. The walk had very picturesque. Lots of bikers too.
