Since the beginning we have operated with an emphasis on maintaining a strong, stable book-of-business, while growing through new accounts. This stable book-of-business can only be maintained by providing prompt, accurate and courteous service. The agency is now in its second generation of ownership with Scott Snowden, and is still operating under the same theory with the same dedication to service. This is accomplished through our commitment to continuing education, changes in the insurance markets are constantly monitored, as well as insurance company guidelines related to employee benefits. Our primary focus is the small group and trade association employee benefit area. This includes health, life, and disability, dental and long-term-care insurance. We offer these products, as well as Medicare Supplements in the individual market.
