In the past year we have relocated to 829 National Avenue in Warehouse Block and it has grown into a full fledged Aerial Studio with Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Pole Fitness, and Group Fitness classes such as Aerial Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Kickbox Hip Hop, Hoop Dance, Barre, Aerial Boot Camp, PiYo, and more!SpecialtiesWe specialize in teaching Aerial Arts and Functional Fitness to individuals of all ages and abilities. Our classes will inspire your creativity while also allowing you to meet and maintain all of your health and fitness goals. We teach both kids and adults the art and skill of various circus and performing arts including Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Cube, Lyra and offer travel-in workshops in various disciplines such as Trapeze, Spanish Web, floor inversions and more. Our Pole Fitness Program is focused on the fitness and art of the dance, sure to help you reach your next goals, whether they are to improve strength, flexibility, or to simply have fun while getting a great workout. We also offer you the complete gym experience for adult group fitness classes.
