History
We started our business by building a commercial kitchen in our garage and selling bagels from a cart at Berea Farmers Market. In 2018 we purchased a historic building on Chestnut Street and are delighted to have a full-service restaurant and coffee shop there. Our bagels and sandwiches are designed to be both authentic and accessible to local tastes, and our seasonal menu reflects Kentucky food culture as well as traditional bagel inspiration. We have carefully sourced our bagel and spread ingredients, and purchase from as many local suppliers and farmers as possible.
