Barret Traditional Middle School serves more than 500 students in grades six through eight. The school s academic program includes various subjects, including math, science, social studies, health and technology education, art and foreign languages. The school employs counselors who assist students with scheduling, educational planning, interpretation of test scores, career information, as well as home, school and personal concerns. The counselors provide personal and social development, educational and career counseling, crisis intervention and referrals to community agencies.
