Kentucky Cancer Program offers a range of cancer care services. It promotes cancer education and provides research and service programs to reduce cancer incidence and mortality. The center offers reports on cancer control activities and assists in identification of local cancer problems. It develops cancer plans that establishes goals and identifies priorities to address the cancer burden in this state. Kentucky Cancer Program is administered by the James Graham Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville and the Lucille Parker Markey Cancer Center at the University of Kentucky. It operates more than 10 regional offices and over 15 district cancer councils throughout the United States. Kentucky Cancer Program maintains a location in Louisville, Ky.
