Paducah's famed Artist Relocation Program has received accolades from all over the U.S for it's innovative approach to urban revitalization. For the past 7 years the program has drawn artists to Paducah's lowertown to live and work. These artists have relocated from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland beyond. Horizon Media Group has worked with the city of Paducah since the program's inception, developing award winning print and web design for the project. We are proud to be a part of the Artist Relocation Program, as both marketing firm and as community member.
