no blankets on bed and no heat. Requested two blankets & given a space heater that had to be unplugged because plug got to hot.

World's tiniest bathroom mirror? Broken soap trays.

no heat in this room either. blinds fell off window when opening it to try to clear the cigarette smoke. Bare lightbulb on ceiling
