Tell City Junior & Senior High School
Tell City High School, founded in 1928, enrolls more than 500 students in grades nine through 12. It organizes various sports events in football, cross-country, volleyball, cheerleading, soccer, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, track and field, and golf. The elective courses offered by the school include health and safety, keyboarding and computer application, psychology, sociology, economics, and family and consumer science. It has a variety of student clubs, such as chess, band, advocates, drama, French and Spanish clubs, and student council. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science and social studies. Tell City High School is part of Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation, which comprises an elementary school, a junior high school and a high school.
