History

Factory Stores of America is an outdoor strip mall. Phase 1 was bulit in 1991. At that time Carolina Pottery was the anchor store. In 1992 phase 2 was finished and was fully leased. Since then the anchor has changed to Peddlers' Mall plus we have added the Theaters of Georgetown, Bells Honda Kawasaki Suzuki, Homespun and many more outlet and unique shops.
