4-Star Catering is owned and operated by Angie Smith and Regina Niece. We have been in business since 1991. Regina, a native of Jenkins, Kentucky, holds two associate degrees in Culinary and Business Management. Angie, our new partner, is excited to bring 6 years experience in the catering business and 4 year's in the hotel/restaurant industry. Angie is also bringing on the new Smoked BBQ Division. Angie has been trained by Mike Mills, Randy Twyford and The Shed and is a member of the National Barbecue Association. Angie is a current member of the ICA and winner of the 2013 ICF Scholarship. Angie is currently attending seminars and conferences to stay current on new trends in the industry. She is excited to bring her new skills and idea's to the company. Let's eat
