Sarakatsannis, Dixie Chili & Deli s secret chili recipe includes 96-percent fat-free beef chuck, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, Bermuda onions and 100-percent Semolina wheat spaghetti. Dixie Chili & Deli is northern Kentucky s first chili parlor. Its menu includes a variety of coneys, which consists of cheese coneys, chili cheese sandwiches and wiener sandwiches. The restaurant s chili can be ordered plain or with onions, beans, spaghetti or a combination of these ingredients. Chili cheese fries, cheese fries, waffle fries and Dixie dipping sauces are also available from Dixie Chili & Deli.
