Brows & Beauty Company, formally known as Brows by Rosie started in 2013 when Rosie moved from NYC to central Kentucky. Coming from a big city she was shocked to find out no one in Campbellsville, KY specialized in eyebrows and soon became the most sought after Brow Artist in Kentucky. Her first service was Eyebrow Threading & Shaping and now she offers Microblading and Eyelash Extensions and has a full salon team.
