Wamego High School offers a wide range of academic and co-curricular programs to students throughout the state of Kansas. The school has an enrollment of more than 400 students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes American history and government, European history, psychology, chemistry, and literature and composition. It also offers career and technical education courses that include computer-assisted drafting, radio and television broadcasting, construction exploration and horticulture. The school organizes interscholastic sports and activity programs. The sports activities include football, basketball, baseball, softball and cross country. It has various clubs, such as arts, science, renaissance, scholar s and band team. It specially has guidance club that provides senior notes and scholarships. Additionally, its parent-teacher organization involves parents in various school activities. The school is located in Wamego, Kan.
