The University of Kansas Small Business Development Center (KU-KSBDC) is a partnership program between the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Kansas Department of Commerce, the University of Kansas School of Business, and the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce. As one of 13 Kansas Small Business Development Centers and over 1,000 SBDCs in the United States, KU-KSBDC offers free and confidential individual advising services to small business owners, managers, and prospective owners in Douglas, Franklin, Jefferson, Atchison, Leavenworth, and Doniphan counties.
