History
Sakura is a family owned restaurant, which served quality sushi and we do our best to serve customers! Our head chef ~ Trien Tran and also a owner of the restaurant of Sakura who used to work at Kwan Court which located at 13th Street and Rock Road for 15 years as a head chef (sushi)! After Kwan Court sold to new owner, he decided to open his own restaurant which is named as Sakura Japanese Restaurant which was located at Harry and Rock. The business was running for 8 years till December 2013 due to the restaurant's lease was ended! In the year of 2014 December 8th, Sakura was relocated and reopen at Delano District.
Specialties
Our chef ~ Trien with 23 years of experience in Sushi, Teppan-Yaki & Noodle Soup. He creates his own special sauce for our special maki roll like Shirokuro Maki, Sekido Maki & Dinosaur Egg, even the stir fried noodle dishes with our homemade special sauce. Now We also have ramen noodle soup when we moved to Delano District since 2014! Besides that we make our homemade desserts like Black Sesame Panna Cotta, Purin/Flan & Pavlova with Blueberry Jam, Matcha Azuki Bean Panna Cotta, Green Tea Ice Cream, Mochi Ice Cream & much more!
