Employed Nathan Looney to build a covered deck. He wanted half the money up front and then took weeks to start. The finished deck was decent quality. I then asked him to pour a concrete patio....

so latest discovery...used my tub finally and when I use the jets it leaks through the smoke detector downstairs...he did "fix" this problem once...lovely.

Worst experience ever. Have to have entire job ripped out. Did not pass inspection. Cost me a fortune to use this "contractor". I recommend you ask see license and insurance...don't pay upfront!...
