Children International is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that helps the children, their families and communities living in poverty. Its child sponsorship program unites children in need with individual sponsors who help through monthly contributions in their most basic needs, such as medical and dental care, nutritional assistance, educational support and youth programs. Its various projects, such as latrine building, clean-water initiatives and income-generation programs help families live healthier and happier lives.
