Joseph Baca has an extensive history in Kansas legal practice. After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2004, he accepted a position as a victim advocate. This position gave him insight into the procedures involved in criminal law practice. In early 2006, he became an associate foreclosure attorney with a prestigious law firm in Wichita, KS. Here, he gained experience in real estate foreclosure proceedings and financial collection actions for creditors and lending agencies. Joseph accepted a position as a deputy county attorney in Sumner County in early 2009. His primary duties in this position came from DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and traffic proceedings, resulting in three solid years of traffic prosecution, including jury trial experience. In 2012, Joseph started his law office. His experiences enable him to help clients understand the criminal proceedings in which they take part and the techniques involved to ensure they receive the best defense.
