It took 2-month to get a pool key from this fly by night HOA management company. We pay $14K a year to manage fewer than 400 homes. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Linn Valley Lakes Water Plant

HistoryLinn Valley Lakes is a private recreational and residential community just 40 miles south of the Kansas City Metro area. Our Community is about 2000 acres with a total of 5162 lots, many of which are for sale. We have year round recreational events and activities. We have several lakes, the biggest is about 135 acres for boating, swimming, waterskiing and fishing. There are several smaller lakes and ponds, all stocked with a variety of fish. Deer Trace Golf Course features 6,146 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par of 71. We also offer a wooded 47 site campground for our property owners and their guests with full hook-ups, 30-50 amp service all pull through sites. The Clubhouse overlooks the big lake and is home to one of the two swimming pools. Other activities available at the clubhouse include a playground, sand volleyball, basketball court, and swimming beach. The Community Center offers the laundry room and a smaller pool.SpecialtiesLinn Valley Lakes is a private gated community.
