HistoryFirst organized by Kenneth G. Speir, Vernon A. Stroberg and Herbert H. Sizemore as the law firm Speir, Stroberg & Sizemore. Their mission was to provide quality legal services and assistance to the Newton community. In 1968 the firm hired A. James Gillmore, Micheal B. Sizemore and David C. Burns. These attorneys became full-fledged partners, and eventually inherited the law firm: renaming it Sizemore, Burns & Gillmore. Now, once again, the firm has gone through another transition. With the addition of Jim Gillmore's new partner, Matt Wilson, and associate attorneys, Kylie Cook and Seth Young, we have rebranded to Gillmore & Wilson, LLC. We seek to remain the same pillar of the community the firm's been for 75 years. Practicing criminal law, family law, estate planning and civil litigation in an effort to help Newton and the surrounding area.
