Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is a therapeutic technique of bodywork that was developed over 2,500 years ago. It is performed on a thick mat on the floor while you remain clothed in comfortable clothing. The therapist uses a dynamic and fluid combination of techniques including; assisted yoga postures, acupressure, reflexology, stretching, compression and gentle twisting to help you regain your natural flexibility and release deep as well as superficial tension.
