Server. Her name is Zoey. Very very nice and polite young lady. Wish she was allowed to talk more with customers. When the server is too rushed, it feels less personal and less friendly....

Been eating at various Carlos o'Kellys since 1988. Was in the one in Manhattan today and it did not disappoint. Great food, great service, and reasonably priced.

It was an awful experience for the second time.. probably won't be going back. The restaurant was dirty, the waitress was tired. The food was cold. No thank you!
