Charles Chick, President, invented the first residential burglar alarm system and founded Guardsman Alarm Corp. in 1970 which sold to Honeywell. In 1990s Mr. Chick invented an advanced newspaper inserting machine and founded USA Leader Inc. which sold to a NSADAQ company in 2003. Mr. Chick is President of Ameret, LLC, a company set up to develop remediation products for hydrocarbon spills and wastewater cleanup material. Mr. Chick acquired the company after the death of the managing partner, Mr. Tim Roudebush. To date $680,000 has been invested in the development of the environmentally friendly remediation products for the gas and oil industry that will remediate spills on site eliminating the need to remove the contaminated earth.
