Tenants are responsible and clean up after their dogs, but the landlords aren't responsible enough to clean up after their tenants.

Living here is like living in the landfill. All the garbage sitting around attracts lots of flies!

Tenants recycle, which is is nice. But it would be nice if the landlord emptied the recycling once in a while.

Gee, I wonder why there are so many flies around my apartment.

Yet another day at the landfill... Oh, wait, this is my apartment complex.

I have lived here for 4 years now and there is no other student housing options that I would recommend in the area! Maintenance is very quick and the office staff is always helpful. I love it here!

Do NOT rent here if you are looking for roommate matching and are a student at the University of Iowa!! They will literally match you with anyone !! For example a 19 year old with a 36 year old !!
