For owner Tim Lau, sushi is a century-old craft that requires the utmost precision, down to the very last grain of rice. So, you likely won't be surprised to learn that his family opened their first sushi restaurant almost immediately upon moving to the states. To this day, our team finds daily joy in sharing the art of sushi with others. By creating both fusion- and traditional-style rolls, we're able to serve the greater West Des Moines community with ease.
