From the “heart” of Napoli to your table, Rusciano’s is proud to offer our customers authentic Neapolitan pizza. The secret of our pizza is the dough. The difference that sets our dough apart is the long rise and perfect hydration. It’s made daily using ”00” flour, water, salt, yeast and raised at room temperature for over a day. We use quality ingredients from local farms, vendors, and Italian imports to make a simple yet elegant pizza. True Neapolitan pizzas must be baked in a wood-fired brick oven; ours was handcrafted and finished with custom tiles in Napoli by the master oven-maker Stefano Ferrara.
