Mr. Rigg is admitted to practice in all Iowa State Courts (1982), the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa (1983), the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit (1992), and the United States Supreme Court (1994). He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Iowa Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Board of Directors), American Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association (Chair, Criminal Law Section, 2003-2005; Jury Instruction Committee, 2003-present), Polk County Bar Association, and C. Edwin Moore Inns of Court.(Master, Counselor to the Inn 2011-2012).
