Outstamping Designs is in historic Valley Junction and has been serving the West Des Moines area since 1993. When it opened its doors, it was the first store in the Midwest devoted to rubber stamps and stamping supplies. Besides rubber stamps and supplies, the store also offers classes, including quilling, the art of rubber stamping, creative lettering and mosaic cards.
